If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please contact us at info@maisonlily.com.
Our support team will help you with the return process.
Please note that all returns have to be in accordance with the following Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached in their original packaging
- Returns are refunded to the original payment method
- Returns are processed within 10 business days after your items are received at our facilities
- Maison Lily does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: accessories, bodysuits, sale items, discounted items, jewelry, lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear.
- We do not accept packages returned on a cash-on-delivery basis or packages requiring additional payment.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded for un-deliverable orders.
- We may charge additional fees to cover any costs incurred.
- All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Maison Lily cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Additional notes: The return processing time-frame does not include the time needed for your return package to deliver to our facility. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Maison Lily will not issue a refund for your returns.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items. We do offer re-shipments.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered."
